Summarize your bug AI is too fast on the straights in My Team Career
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just compare the straights speed of the AI in My Team with what happens in GP Mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? The AI is too fast on the straights and there’s nothing you can do to match them, even if you go 1-1 with the wings, maybe you can match them, but than you will have a care completely undrivable through the corners
What do you expect to see? The AI to bee balanced as week as it is on GP Mode.

It looks like the problem is only on My Team mode. On the broadcast I made a couple of day ago you can clearly see that I’m racing Catalunya and every AI is having lightning speed on the straight. So , at 28.00 minutes, I retire from the race and go to Grand Prix Mode. In that mode the problem of the AI being too fast on the straights is gone. No more. I obviously tested it with same setup and same difficult (105 in my case).
It’s just like they have a new engine every race or very low downforse setup without losing in corners.
I’ve made the same test for Miami, and again they gain 1 second on the 2 main straights on me in My Team Career while they were perfectly balanced in Gp Modeit also seems like the game already know what’s going to happen during the free practice. If you do a qualifying pace simulation for the R&S programs and the check the heat map of you lap, you’ll se that everytime you go flat out on the straights, the map turns red , indicating you you are loosing time while I’m very good in corners.

@FiT_Flaminio its definetly also the case on grand prix mode i have raced against the ai many times on grand prix mode and every time they just win 0.600 seconds out of the corners on miami and on the straigths also on monaco i raced in grand prix mode i had what looked like an easy pole position on 75 ai and then out of the last corner the ai gain 0.500 seconds on me in an instant its just not fun anymore

I have to tell you, I tried GP mode with Sainz on the Ferrari to see if Leclerc was too fast for me and that didn’t happened. I’ve also made this choice to check if the difficult was balanced for my abilities. If you check my live stream you can see that the problem didn’t occurred in GP Mode. Don’t know if it’s just a case but I tested it in Spain, Miami and Melbourne and I got the same results, the we’re not gaining that much time in the straights on GP mode. I would accept that if also my team could struggle with my same straight line speed problem as I have a new car that is not so conpetitive , but no, he is fast as he’ll on the straights too.
- I did several tests when exiting a bend followed by a long straight line with all the cars and with tc or without tc, the problem is that the AI on the acceleration will be at full speed whereas we are human without tc we have to dose the acceleration otherwise the car will spin and with tc the help will ensure that the car does not spin so will do:
acceleration, no acceleration, acceleration, no acceleration, acceleration, no acceleration and that over a second to a second and a half (it's huge in F1) when the AI will be in constant acceleration and will not lose the car, suddenly with any stable will have better acceleration.
I tested with ferrari and red bull against williams, aston martin, mclaren in a lap without drs with a 1.5 second gap or even 2 seconds, I catch myself directly out of a turn, I defend myself with the ers to count on my max speed, but except that after a while I have no more ers, but the ai seems to have ers at infinity suddenly I get doubled.
I qualify for example 5th I finish 10th or even more and that has almost all the races.
Usually I play at 79-80 then I'm at 69 and I still think it's gone down otherwise it's not realistic. - I test on PC with the joystick at 80 difficulty with all the aids at baku, 2nd corners, on the car in front of me I go from +0.200 to +0.600 in not even a second when exiting the bend, same for the car behind I go from -0.900 to 0.500, depending on the length of the straight line seen that the AI has a crazy acceleration the car behind me will end up next to me, while me with DRS + ERS I barely get back on the car behind in front of +0.600 to 0.400 (in the best case) even if I have a Ferrari and in front of me I have an Aston.
And the worst is when the car in front or behind is my teammate, I feel like I'm not driving the same car as him
