@albertolucci I had the same problem on PC. So i fixed it by disabling google drive backup. So check if you have google drive or one drive backup active for the destination. Default destination is “my documents”

Didn't work. Im on onedrive and I've tried everything.
Does ANYONE have any solution to this because at the moment I just can't play the game otherwise I will lose all my progress.if the files r saving to your onedrive then delete them on that worked for me
