@Oesi_F1 The only way to escalate this would be through social media.
If a person here with more than a handful of followers will post on Twitter, tag EA, and she the link here for all of us to retweet, etc. --- that list might have a chance of getting noticed.

    @cc910eafad7c24a3 I'm pretty sure that they are well aware of the issue and it's a conscious decision not to spend too much time/effort/money on it.

    My force-feedback and vibrations are gone from patch 1.07 (2 months ago), I made a thread about it when it happened explaining the current problem and none of the community managers even acknowledged it, 2 months later and playing on a controller is still dead 🙂
