Hi @Wollcott,
Apologies for the delayed response. We've notified the dev team about this issue and it is currently being tested to see if the issue can be repeated by the team. In the meantime, would you be able to provide the following info:
- Has anything changed from your side since you were previously able to access the crossplay mode, e.g. PSN ID, PlayStation console or internet connection?
- Are you able to try launching the game with a different PSN account to see if that also has issues enabling the crossplay option?
- Please could you try the following steps and let us know if this allows you to work around this issue:
- Launch the game and immediately attempt to enable crossplay from the main menu.
- If this fails, please fully close the game down and then immediately relaunch the game and repeat step 1.

- @Hoobiechoobie since the CP Beta nothing has changed. Neither my internet nor the console, nor the PSN. During the beta it was working fine.
I tried a different PSN: wollcotthd and it also did not work.
I tried your step with closing the game and also using LAN but both things did not work.
