Following successful reports from our initial limited test, we are planning the following steps to try and resolve this issue for the remaining players:
- We will be making a change to the crossplay accounts for players on PlayStation, Xbox and Steam platforms.

There may be some disruption to our online services as we complete these steps, so please report any connectivity issues in this thread.
In terms of timescales, we are hoping to run stage 1 tomorrow and stage 2 early next week. If there are any changes to this schedule then we'll let you know here.

We have now made the change to the crossplay accounts for players on PlayStation, Xbox and Steam platforms. Please let us know if this has resolved the issue for you. @VinnyCips and @NgY22 you will be in this group of players.
@FlamingWingGold, @02465e313454fbf3, @OlyDave96, @Wollcott, @TheRedEyeJedi93, please note that we have reverted the manual fix that we did for your accounts as you should also be included in the group of players above. You shouldn't notice any difference since we did the manual fix on Wednesday, but please let us know if anything has changed.
