I’ve suffered this bug a few times too. Social lobbies and wet weather. No matter what delta i have, the next delta zone it resets to -2 to -5 sec. And even after the leader catches up to the safety car, the rest of us keep being held back by the delta warning, all the way until the safety car comes in and we get green flags. It makes it impossible to catch up to the sc que, and sometimes the delta warning doesn’t even show until we suddenly get slapped with a penalty/drive through.
