Sorry for you guy. I will not ask you if you have already installed the latest nvidia driver released for F1 2021 game?
From my side with the RTX3070, I don't have this pb. Running on Ultra with RT on High and DLSS is activated.
Try to run nvidia Geforce experience , run your game and close it, go back to geforce exp and choose your F1 game and click on optimized... Maybe it could unlock the DLSS in game ????🤔

Nice that I've been ḟú©κín' ignored.I'm able to select DLSS even if all ray tracing options are on.
Like @Juju_59320 asked, are you sure you're on the latest driver, which is an F1 22 game-ready driver? Version 516.59 - see here: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/geforce-516-59-whql-driver-download.html

@PBWF_Marhier also, what OS are you running? The minimum OS version required, is Windows 10 64-bit, version 2004 for DLSS to work, apparently.
I'm on Windows 11; fully updated.
Latest nVidia drivers - even did a fresh install.
Re-installed the game, verified the files.
I tried downloading the latest dlss.dll and replacing it in the game's root folder.
The update to the game did nothing.
Can't make it through a race in VR without the game crashing; stuck on career mode having to repeat sessions over, and over, and over again, can't complete an online race.
I am literally sick of major titles, which cost £60+ being released in completely broken states.
I hate this culture of release now, patch later.
Never get this issue with games by studios with a fraction of CM / EA's experience, ones where the actual developer cares about their customer - the gamers.
This game is a hot mess and CM/EA should be ashamed of themselves.
I feel cheated and robbed.Strange, have you tried going into both directions when changing options (i.e. both left and right?). Anyway you can enable DLSS via xml if you aren't able otherwise. Go to my documents\my games\f1 22\hardwaresettings\ and you will find a series of xml files. The one you have to change is "hardware_settings_config.xml" or "hardware_settings_config_vr.xml" depending if you want to alter the settings for the desktop screen or vr). These are the lines you have to change to enable DLSS in quality mode:
<antialiasing taa="true" checkerboard="false" cmaa2="false" dlss="true" cas="0" fsr="0" fsr2="0" />
<dlss_quality value="0" />
<dlss_sharpness value="1.000000" />
<fsr_quality value="0" />
Sharpness value you can put whatever you want between 0.0 to 1.0, but I usually always go to the max as the filter has much less effect than in other games for whatever reason. Check then in the game and I'm sure now the option will be selected for you to then modify however you like.Thanks for the reply, though this didn't work.
Change those settings, but it instantly reverts back to TAA, and DLSS is not in the options.Hi
Please check which driver you are using, I got down the
NVIDIA Studio Driver by mistake and my DLSS wouldn't work. I realized this and changed it to the game ready driver, and it now works for me.
