Re: EA account is required to play

Hey @PREZZIEP,

In order to play F1 you need an EA Account that needs to be connected to either your console account or Steam / Epic games, depending on where you purchased the game.

You can find a guide on how to create an EA account here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/how-to-create-an-ea-account/

After that, you can either link your platform account with your EA Account:

- Steam: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/link-ea-and-steam

- Console platforms: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/link-your-console-accounts/

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

I have an account I have been playing the game since launch. It's EA servers it's now affecting FIFA and madden

  • I no longer have access to the old EA account linked to my playstation account. I have full access to the playstation account and my new ea account but customer service makes it impossible to unlink an old account that you've lost access to. Is there any other way to resolve this? I just spent $90 on a game and now can't even play because the customer service process for unlinking an account is broken.
