CM have burned through community manager faster and more than I could count. And they all left voluntarily after weeks/months.

Even on a well specced PC, I was expecting to maybe find the odd bug once I got deep into using the game. But in reality it's outrageous. It's like I have been handed the first alpha edition ever written. Really fundamental things which must have been obvious, the first time it was run...
Really stupid, obvious things, like...Sector times not registering and no green or purple shading; and Virtual rear view mirror (which was working in F2) not working in F1 career mode regardless of disabling and re-enabling.
AI seems nonexistent... Start Qualifying lap at Bahrain, approaching turn 1, there are cars coming out of the pits to begin their warmup lap, and they wipe you out in the apex of turn 1 as if they are racing you.
So I haven't even completed my first F1 race weekend, and there are more bugs than I have the time to list here.
Sad. I guess I'll cut my losses on my £50 and go back to 2021. Maybe look again in 6 months when some patches and fixes have materialised.
The 'Suggestions' page of the Codemasters forum for years had loads of great suggestions from players and nothing that was too crazy.
I cant think of single suggestion that was acted on, that says all you need to know.
Now get your wallet out and buy those puma trainers and that new rug and lamp.....

I dont blame codemasters for this as they have a pretty solid track record of good games with the dirt series(excluding dirt 5). I honestly think they ea acquisition will eventually lead to the demise of codemasters though, unfortunately...

EA care about microtransactions and that is it.
As a long time player of FUT (but not buyer of FIFA points), I can tell you that they basically use these games as a shop window for selling the extras.
EA care very little about good gameplay.
As long as the game is just about good enough and the marketing bull***ty enough to keep players on the hook for another year, then that is enough for them.
Plus they are the only official football game in town and the only official F1 game in town and so where else you going to go for your fix!?

F1 2021 was already a disaster and F1 22 has exactly the same bugs as in F1 2021 and the bugs that were fixed in F1 2021 are back in F1 22. This is pathetic and a scandal
When is the update for pc coming out?
this is ridiculous now,I bough this game and so far I’m not able to play because I can’t plug my pedals to the base since one is Fanatec and the other is ThrustMaster,I’m out of options here.
