I have already reported several bugs, but I was never told that they are fixed. Like the problem on the PC that when you start the game the AI strength is frozen at 25 and you still have to change the race, which also doesn't always work that the AI is then really no longer at 25

While ideally this wouldn't be the case you need to appreciate that there are LOADS of bugs to deal with and so what gets fixed needs to be prioritised. Severity and the number of people affected will be factors I'm sure. The issue you've just described for example I guess can't be very common or there would be FAR more complaints. Have tried reinstalling the game? It may be just you...

Does a fresh save file help? Everybody else seems to be able to adjust AI level OK so there's something very odd going on here...
In qualifying and practice there is also no problem. Only in the race, when I leave the game after qualifying because I want to do the race later. Can then make the AI also to 110 before the race. And it is also 110 in the setting. Trz feels like 25 in the race.
