I have the exact same issue and cannot find a fix for it anywhere. I have changed my password and it still says I need to reset it because my login credentials have expired. Clearly that’s not correct as my login works with literally every other platform.
Update:
EA told me my PSN is linked to an EA account that no longer exists and the only way for me to currently play F1 22 is to make a new PSN and link it to my current EA account.
This is absurd! Clearly there has to be another way, no? I do not want to make a new PS account to play this game.
Yeah I’m being told the same thing for my Xbox gamer tag.
Apparently my gamer tag is linked to an old EA account which seems odd as my current EA account was opened in 2008.
But for some outlandish reason, they’re saying they can’t unlink my gamer tag from this ‘deleted ea account’. It’s 2022 EA, FIX YOUR *!!!!!!
