@Tobi90Ger For PC: When you launch the game, mouse click anywhere on the screen(you won't see a cursor) and then you should have your keyboard working. You should be able to use a keyboard to skip splash screens at the start, so that way you will know if it works.
I have the same problem and it fixes it and allows to use keyboard in menu and any screen that requires it.
