Disconnect Oculus device for troubleshooting.
Update mainboard UEFI (contains AMD AGESA 1.2.0.7, current 1.50 contains only AGESA 1.2.0.0)
Update v4 mainboard driver if not done already (uninstall any v2 or v3 driver first and restart).
