Summarize your bug When I play online other users car appear with a RED 'X' next to their username on the left hand side. This ruins my racing experience, making their cars ghosted but also their cars teleport ahead e.g sometimes ahead of mine, sometimes side by side and sometimes behind. I'm trying to get into league racing and this will unfortunitely not let me race in league races. I've tried many solutions (resetting internet, reinstalling the game etc) but none of these solved the issue.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Cars in the lobby start teleporting ahead, then back, then ahead, then behind sometimes, making it hard to race. In addition, on their username a RED 'X' comes up on the left of their name. They're ghosted. Eventually in some of the lobbies the game says 'Migrating Host' which crashes the lobby for me. I'm not sure if it does it for other people too.
What do you expect to see? The cars not teleporting, no RED 'X' next to their name, ghosting not on, and disconnects from Migrating Host not happening.

What time did I first see the bug? Ever since 04/09/2022 UK / 09/04/2022 US. It worked fine before this.
