Everyone understands its a brand new track. The point of the comment here is that this literally could be footage from F1 21, 20, 19, or 18 given the visuals and sounds. Of course the track is new; everyone knows that. The fact of the matter here is the game itself hasn't changed or improved in any way from the appearance of this video.
And I know that people understand this 🙂.
However, none of the main improvements I'd like to see would be apparent from a video like this so dismissing it as simply 'copy and paste' based solely on a video that principally shows a major change (new track) is a bit odd.
Visual changes are very low on my personal list of priorities, and I bet many others too.
