Re: F1 23 playtesting (BETA)

Hey everyone, 

We have seen a lot of players receiving the invitation mail for the F1 23 Closed Beta that run into some issues. 
Please check your mail inbox, as our Playtesting team has sent out a new mail with a working register link. 

If you did not receive a new mail, you can also log in directly to your Playtesting Account at ea.com/playtesting you should be able to see the "F1 23 Beta" available in your "Playtests Available" section.

Click the play button to start your registration. 

Once you have completed the Sign Up survey, you will be "Pending" until we confirm everyone closer to the Beta date. If you are confirmed, your status will change from "Pending" to "Confirmed". Unfortunately, we can't Confirm everyone immediately as we only have a limited number of spaces for each console etc.\

If you have any more questions, please let me know.

Hello!

I got the second Mail but the survey just vanished on me.. ☹️( It was on pending then when I wanted to fill out the survey it got suddenly interrupted and now I cannot see it anywhere.. it's not on pending nor on approved. Can you please check and reactivate the survey if needed?

Hey everyone, 

Our team is currently looking into some issues for the sign-up status.

If you filled out your survey or if you are missing the signup option, could you please try:

• Delete your Cache and Cookies for your current browser and reload the playtesting website.
• Try and use any other device (mobile or desktop) to open the playtesting website. 
• Try another browser and open the playtesting website.

This same for me...

@EA_rephii completed the survey updated profile, etc. No email received (checked Junk, archive, etc. Deleted all back to limit of mailbox.) 

F1 playtest is not in the list of available nor upcoming, nor pending or confirmed. Tried also logging in in a new browser.

I believe applications or registration of interest is by today, so I'm just posting to let you all know (including the public) I did register 🙂 

I'll also mail a link to this post to the Playtest email.

If I'm not in, that's fine, but I don't seem to have anything either way.

can someone help me... i signed 18th april but i didnt see nothing in "your playtest" (it shown only in avaible playtest) now i signed for xbox too and shows in.. "your playtest" in pending status...does this means i signed in the wrong way for the pc brench??

So, looks like we will not get the beta access from some reason... Still nothing work, no email, registration process is closed...
