You might have DRS set to Auto so you may need to change that and assign a button to it.
I have mine on auto, simply because I forget sometimes to activate it. On auto it activates at 0.066 after the line.
Sometimes I forget where I am on the track let alone dealing with DRS, ERS while hurtling down the track at 320kph.........just love it......
