- DukeOfAntwerp3 years agoSeasoned Hotshot@Ultrasonic_77 flashbacks is indeed the way to train pit stops. But the OP is right. There should have been training modules for those features. They should have a build a training academy instead of F1 Life. They are targeting new players but don't teach them a lot about Formula 1.
Thanks. Exactly.

Good points all. A training feature would be excellent but as has always been posted using flashbacks is the only way at present to facilitate this. I did that yesterday when trying to work out what button was assigned to the pit box turn in feature (still don’t know why they’ve made that a simple button press rather then an actual drive into your box feature which would have been so much better 🤷🏻♂️).
Having the ability to practice certain sections of a track would also be a really useful feature and many years ago there was a utility for Grand Prix Legends that enabled you to jump to specified sections of the old Nordschliefe circuit so you could concentrate on just that. A great feature as a lap around there took 6-7 minutes. But I guess we’ll have to stick with the flashback as these sort of things are unlikely to be considered especially when there are so many other things that they really need to include that are not yet there despite being asked for over many years.
- Flashbacks for practising race starts are clumsy.
Sometimes they bring up the starting point… sometimes not.
if it doesn’t, then you have to get out of the flashback feedback loop that occurs with replays sometime. - BadMayh3m3 years agoSeasoned Ace
Just hit restart session after your start.
Then start race over again......dont have formation lap on.....rinse and repeat😎
