I want a refund too. I have been having issues since Oct 22. The only way I can play (PS5) is by disabling the crossplay function which is disappointing as I bought it because I could use the crossplay function. Brought this up many times and no one seems to do anything about it! A lot of other people, regardless of console or PC, are having the same issues. The game isn't doing what's advertised so money back please!
