Hi.
I profit that you are here to give my pov on the my team driver pool. I think you should add the drivers of the current F2 season which are inclued on the game later, on the second my team season if you want to keep the realistic way. We should can hire the reserve drivers too like Giovinazzi, Hülkenberg or De Vries like the next F1 Manager propose it. But i don't know how much you are limited by license rights.
For the woman in motorsport's topic, i'm not agree that W Series in a good championship. Chadwick dominate her championship and she doesn't have a offer for a F3 seat at least, which means that people who are involved in single seat series don't value this championship at all. So i'm not against adding the W Series in the game but the rating of those drivers will be very poor. They need to race against boys in real teams to have credibility.
I often watch Emree's stream and she seems doesn't care about hiring a woman in myteam. But i can understand it can means a lot for some people, if we can show that womans are welcome in motorsport, and increase their interest by this way, maybe the solution is to have a creating driver option like FIFA did and allow us to change drivers rating if W Series is adding to the game. I know it'a a difficult mode to implement and not a priority, but maybe a first version with generic faces at least and a real custom mode when it can be.

I think this topic has run it's course, and everything that people wanted to say has been said. Would love to hear what the developers feedback is if there is any, and thank you to all the people who have kept the topic alive, long enough for it to get noticed.

Jamie Chadwick as a teammate would be amazing. Seeing other teams maybe picking up W series drivers too would be great. It shouldn't matter if you don't see it happening in real life. It's just a game after all. Dream big.

On a final note Binky, maybe we are thinking too small here. We are discussing merging the W series with F1, what about a separate stand alone game?
Racing is all about being competitive. In F1 we race against F1. True racing is about being equal to your competitor, why should speed factor in to it?
Some would say that W Series racing is too slow and boring but that has been debunked by athletics where millions of people all around the world watch men and women
run distances that a race car would complete in a fraction of the time.
The true spirit of racing is who can take their equal equipment and use it to better affect than those around them.
Its unlikely the W series would actually appear as a seperate title but maybe CM and EA could make a good W Series dedicated DLC package. I know for sure that I would definitely buy it. On Iracing, lower Formula like F4/F3 are popular. I loved racing the F3's in Atari's race pro. They were not overly fast but provided great racing. The same can be said of the W series.
@ALittleTiger7 I like that idea, I would also definitely buy into it, maybe a dlc so those that really wouldn't like something or care for something like this can pass. Would also be great if after having played in W-Series "Game" the top drivers can then go on to F2 and F1 "in game" 😉
@ALittleTiger7Well cricket 22 is the first sports title to add both male and female competitions in all form . From domestic leagues and cups to internationals. And this year FIFA is adding more female leagues however far from parity with the mens game. But to be fair although womens football constantly improves. It can become as skilful if not more skilful than the mens game. But will never match it’s pace and physicality and that’s what makes it more exciting to watch especially from a male view point.
I’m alittle surprised. As I posted a few times last year when 21 launched and people were asking for formula 3 to be added. That women formula would be added first. I may be sexist and out off time and touch. And still call females, sweetie, beautiful etc. in my mind no different to calling a guy chief, fella mate etc. but opportunities should always be equal and let the cream rise to the top

Yes Binky, it could be like what we hope for. Most of us want to see a female partaking in real F1. With your idea we could bring our chosen driver from W series >F2 >F1.
For those that say its not realistic and should not be in the game, then please read the following:
If you say its not trealistic then maybe its time to get rid of the F2 series in the game. Lets be honest, only a small number of F2 drivers actually gets a drive in F1, but yet the game caters that all F2 drivers can have the chance depending on our choices.
If the above is acceptable they why not a W series driver to F2 and then from F2 into F1.
I mean lets get real here, what? Roy Nissany winning a real F1 championship. There is more of a chance of Jamie chadwick winning one.
Hopefully Binky, all of those who oppose us can see wot I dun thar 😉
