Re: Logitech G29 FFB Strength

Using identical FFB settings from F1 2021.

Steering feels extremely weak. No resistance when jerking the car left and right. Impossible to catch the rear as there's no feeling in the wheel until I've already spun; no traction FFB. It all feels very unresponsive and floaty.

I'm going between both games and I can't believe this difference in handling was done deliberately. 2021 feels sharp, 22 feels like a boat.

Tried a whole bunch of different setting configs in-game/Ghub, didn't help. Steam PC. 

Edit: 

FFB settings: 57, 10, 10, 20, 5, On (Understeer)

Rev lights on G29 do not work as well.

    I also have a problem with my brakes on the g29 it automatically activates on the straights without me touching it and it slows the car down or disables the drs

    You could probably fix this by cleaning the pedal base. Might have some dirt inside that's causing it to activate. Air duster works well.

    100% this! The feedback is so low and floaty, there is nothing to notice when you lose the rear. The feedback is too low to notice the lack of traction. Absolutely insane. How did this pass QC.

    either this (which is most probably the  reason) or if this does not work, increase the deadzone in the controls for the brake. 
    I had this issue myself before i cleaned the pedal base as as well, but a quick work around if you are not comfortable opening the pedal is increasing the deadzone.
    Try setting it to 5 or 10, obviously depending on ow much the brake spikes when not applying it.

    Interestingly for some weird reason in this years game the FFB is ultra strong when weaving on straight but weak in corners. Its worse than last year IMO
