when i’m in the menu i feel the force feedback but when i ho in a race it just stop working
- @Birrbenzina16 me too, my ffb work well on other games but when i launch f1 22, it disappears
I had this issue what I did to fix it was while the game is launched close ghub then reopen it set your desired degrees of rotation (I think the in game setting is not working properly for g923) and then relaunch f122 and you should then have FFB
- @EntC01 and we have to do this every time we launch the game?
no after doing it mine has worked fine since

Well done! This is a documented DOR fix on CM Forums.
However, I agree EA's signposting to assistance is terrible. They have been lassez faire about the whole support thing.
Hi,
I have G hub installed, all drivers updated etc and still nothing. This exact same issue occured with the jeddah patch of f1 2021 and it took weeks to be fixed (issue only for g923 users) its honestly so frustrating dealing with the same issue again. this better be fixed by day one because its just unfair charging us for early access just to find out we can't play due to this issueI am too very upset about this. I have tried just about everything everyone else has and I have had to luck. I have no force feedback before turning the wheel 360° and it’s ruining my game. I bought the game early and expected to play it early. EA needs to fix this right away because I am considering getting a refund through steam and just buying the regular version when it’s fixed.
- adding more wheel damper doesnt fix the issue though. And still no updates from codemasters or ea when they will fix this.

FFB is poor on controllers (via those who use) and it's not great on my TS-PC.
All the 'fade' issues from F1 2021 are present. It's not breaking, but it just disappears during a few minutes of TT or a race.
Default damper setting on my wheel was 85. 85! Also the sliders on the effects are further across than on F1 2021.
Like On-Track is up from 30 to 50. FFB Strength was 70 not 60, etc.
- @CrushFNT you're absolutly right !!! it's the same problem as with the Jeddah patch...
- @Boss808808 absolutely, I will do the same if the bug is not fixed tomorrow
Can we please get an update on this issue early access is pretty much over and i haven't been able to play. no one had said a thing since asking a question about g hub which we all had downloaded already. its incredibly unprofessional to just leave us hanging with this with no eta or anything when its been 3 days. Not Happy
- @EA_Barry This isn't the solution Barry...
I have exactly the same issue sadly.. but have you guys noticed that the led shift indicator is also not working?
- @treeeeest bro this dude is getting paid real money for such answers he should be fired

@tracewinsI had similar issue with g29. I had to create separate profile for f1 22 game (games > add game > >>select f1 22 game exe file<< > and then configure all things).
But I cannot make shift lights work...
I tried the fanaled app but it's not supporting f1 22...I also tried switch upd telemetry mode to f1 2021, but it didn't work...
Hey everyone.
I sort of have a fix for the issue at hand.
I’ve noticed that if you increase steering saturation (sensitivity) along with wheel damper, and ffb strength on a custom controller setup, you will start to feel some force feedback. Make sure it’s enabled and you should be good to go. It’s not business as usual when it comes to strength, but it’s playable. And yes it works in VR for those wondering.
let me know if this works for you guys,
- @yrek150 tried it didnt work
- @tracewins k guys i found a fix: 1. go to logitech and redownload ghub, when it ask you to install it new or search for updates, install it new. After that you go to your path where your f1 is. Search for the F122.exe, right click and give it administrator rights. That should fix your problems
- @tracewins no need to restart your computer
Didn't work for me ☹️ . Ok, i have a Logitech G923 and F1 22 (PC Steam). F1 2021 works totally fine. F1 22 worked fine the first 2 days (Champions Edition), then Force Feedback just gone. I tried EVERYTHING (I ran the game with and without G Hub, reinstall G Hub and the game, disconnected and connected my wheel ingame, ran the game with and without admin privileges, and hundreds more options). Just sad and angry at same time.
- @EA_Barry Ok, and now a real solution? This is obviously NOT working for most of us!
I have a similar problem, my force feedback only works when i turn my G29 wheel 180 degrees. Anything less than that and i don't feel a thing.
- @xFranii yeah nvm worked for me once and then never again
