In this very moment I cannot find ANY session.

No ranked (long or short) and no friendship session. Nothing. I'm logging in from germany.

Hi @Karatedoener,

I am unable to locate an account with that name on our servers. Please could you send me a direct message with the following info and I can take a look:

• The platform that you are playing on (EA Origin, Steam, Xbox or PlayStation)
• Your platform gamertag / online ID
• A report code from game after you fail to find an online session. The report code is a 4x4 code that can be found in the lower-left part of the Options->Settings screen, or from any on-track pause screen. It will look something like this: ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP.

Same problem today.

I tried to play the game but i was not able to find ANY session.

I'm playing on PC.

- No ranked sessions found.

- No uranked sessions found.

- Not able to play the game online... no chance...

Really frustrating!

It would help the EA team if you could say if this was on Steam or Origin? They have different ranked multiplayer environments, with it counting as 'cross-play' when they join up but this isn't possible for ranked lobbies. (My hunch is you're going to say you play on Origin and part of the issue may be the limited number of players on that platform...)

For info. I don't think it will makes a difference where you launch the game - it's the fact that you bought the game via Origin that may well. Unless this has changed since launch and I missed it. (I play on PS5 myself.)

We have been unable to locate a record of your account in the F1 22 game servers. Please could you try the following steps and let us know what happens:

Check whether you can see any Social Play sessions:

• Go into the main options screen and enable the crossplay option.
• Enter the Multiplayer->Social Play mode and select to browse all available sessions. NOTE: ensure that you have reset any filters on the search option to ensure that you are seeing all possible session results.

Check for Origin-only Social Play sessions:

• Go into the main options screen and disable the crossplay option.
• Enter the Multiplayer->Social Play mode and select to browse all available sessions. NOTE: ensure that you have reset any filters on the search option to ensure that you are seeing all possible session results.

Check hosting of Social Play sessions:

• Enter the Social Play menu and select to create / host a new session.
• Once the session is created, send us a screenshot of the lobby screen. This allows us to confirm that the session can be created and we can also see the account name you are using displayed in the lobby.
• If you have any friends online, then please ask them to join your session.
• Quit out of the lobby, enter the Options->Settings screen and locate your report code (this is a 4x4 code in the lower-left of the screen, e.g. ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP).

Check for searching of Ranked sessions:

• Enter the Ranked multiplayer screen and search for a short session.
• If you are unable to find a session then return to the main menu, select the Options->Settings screen and locate your report code (this is a 4x4 code in the lower-left of the screen, e.g. ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP).
• Paste your report code into this thread.

 Unable to find ranked lobbies

Thanks for the info. I've passed this onto the dev team to review.

Hi,

the only thing which works better now is to find unranked sessions after activating the cross-play function.

But it is still not able to FIND any ranked session or to HOST any ranked session. It takes HOURS to find any ranked session or to find any player which is joining my own ranked session.

So it doesn't really solved any of my problems with my ranked sessions.

This is one report code of one of my sessions: VJVD - JMSC - KACA - RSDE

I'm pleaying with an EA Account with name "Karateschnitzel".
