Yes, but you have to do it separately for each track rather than resetting them all at once. You can do this via the options in Time Trial, and from memory I think the option you want is called something lie reset personal ghost.

    That resets the ghost you're racing against, but unfortunately doesn't clear the online Time Trial time so you're still racing against your best lap. Thanks though.

    Do you mean your saved data? No, tried that too, that's only local.

    Did you set a new time? In F1 2021 this then replaced your previous leaderboard time and I'd be surprised if F1 22 was different. Check what the in game description says actually.

    This is something I've done a few times myself, in 2020 as I removed assists and on 2021 after switching to cockpit view.
