Same issue here, T300, works in other racing games, works in F1 21 but not F1 22.
With the price of this game I expected it to be better made, the graphics are good but they are worth nothing to me if I can't use my wheel to play the game.
Do better.

Have you updated the firmware for your wheel? There was an update from Thrustmaster specifically for this game.
Yes, I did, both the firmware and version of the wheel are up to date.
