Yes thats true. They removed russia from fifa. Didnt think of that..

It's been confirmed in at least one of the recent videos. If you click on the link below it will jump to the point where Lee Mather heavily hints at this. What I haven't seen mentioned anyway is if such additional tracks may have to be paid for and my fear is that they may be. Hopefully not though!
