I think you didn't read what the other guy or you're choosing to ignore it. If you choose not to do a formation lap, the game is designed to simulate one, because in real life you HAVE to do one unless you start from the pits. That it ISN'T doing this properly has nothing at all to do with "player choice" and everything to do with the fact that it is bugged and broken.

@Grace_Tactical No, I don't understand. for the 5laps you can ask you to have the weather already hot but if you don't go around around it is your choice of you should not be the. I play to solve your choice for me is like that. otherwise you never go towards the simulation

Nothing you just said makes the slightest lick of sense. At all. I'm trying really hard to understand you, but you're not even trying. It's as simple as this:
If you don't do the formation lap yourself, the game simulates one and places you on the grid.
The game is currently not properly simulating that formation lap.
That is why tires are cold.
This is A BUG IN THE GAME.
It is not supposed to happen.
Please, take your time to read this. Run it through a translator if English isn't your native language, hell, post back in your native language (If it isn't English) and I'll use a translator.
