Re: VR Needs These Features

If putting it all into the vr visual wheel, things like tyre temp/wear, component wear, timing pages, radio pages etc could all be integrated into the pages you can change to on the wheel to no deter from being in the cockpit.

Personally for me I wouldn't mind sitting in the car with HUD elements in my field of view though

You can enable the HUD elements in VR guys, I have the bottom pane showing with the gear and throttle/brake meters in there so that I can see how much pressure I'm applying (recently switched to a load cell brake).

It's been a while since I set it up but I think it's OSD customisation when you're in-game.  You can highlight the pane, and you'll get a set of options.  One of them is a "Hidden" option, change that to no and you'll see the panes in VR.

  • I'll recheck but I'm sure I had it turned on and was surprised it didn't work; I'm with HP Reverb G2 so maybe just incompatible issue

@EMPEthanNZ Yes, turning it on isn't enough. You need to go to the OSD Customization. For some reason ALL elements are set to hidden. You can make them visible there
