@Radoko34It's hardly the process of making the graphic changes or a whole new livery that takes long.
I bet it's the submitting to validation, waiting for the teams' ok, and slotting the files to update the game package in the development pipeline.

So any change can potentially take just as longer. If the change per se takes 1h or 18h of the artist's time, doesn't matter when the whole submittal and update process takes weeks.

Same goes for the 3D assets, probably.
