Re: [Xbox] Wheel issues -- crashing, long load times, no input

@ControlGriever Hello, I have the same problem on my G920 and F1 22/21. In 19/20 F1 games, this is not a problem. I tried your solution, but it doesn't work for me. Do you have any other ideas?

    I think the problem Is the Xbox. Because on any other F1 games (F1 2020 and before), My logitech works. But with the game F1 2021 and F1 22, that are New Gen games (Xbox series) dosen't works. So I think it's the Generation the problem. I hope they'll fix that bug.

    There is no fix yet. There likely needs to a Microsoft update to fix this, not something users can 'find'.

    @Hamyisbest Have you not read the previous posts? No point demanding EA to fix something that is a result of Microsoft system update.

    How long roughly till its fixed cause its been nearly a week

    Is there anyway to contact Microsoft see what's happening and see how long it takes 

  • I don't know about seeing when it will be fixed, all i know is several people have brought it up to Microsoft. So now i guess we play the waiting game.

    @Hamyisbest Shouldn’t think it will take that long.. Issue started Friday EA we’re made aware immediately that there was a problem as I flagged it. EA immediately started investigating and responded in this thread on Sunday that they were and still are investigating as it directly effects one off their games.

    Microsoft from my understanding off everything I have read, and I have read everything. fhave only just acknowledged theres a problem and that they have escalated it. Which means they are currently figuring out why their last update caused the issue. Hopefully as it’s a direct result off last Xbox system update. It will be a simple find and fix.

    Microsoft will want to resolve it asap. Simply because there’s no such issue on PlayStation

    @Hamyisbest Microsoft will fix it as soon as they can, just be patient, would you like to be the one searching through all the lines of code to find out where the issue is?

    Hi, do you know if anybody has tried the offline reboot of the xbox and whether it worked?  It doesn't sound like something I'd wanna do unless it defo works to sort the problem.  Thx

  • I too am having all the same issues , I use a thrustmaster tmx. I'm not in the preview program and did the factory reset,  it did not change or fix the issues I'm experiencing.  I have submitted a few reports to XBOX SUPPORT but haven't heard anything back from them yet. This makes a strong case for going back to discs and maybe just maybe you finish the game before you sell it to the public . Whatever happened to Quality Contol ? XBOX MICROSOFT LETS GO FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!!! PAYING CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING . THANKS

    Doesn't appear to be the game though, as it's affecting a number of games, appears to be the last console OS update......

    All - If you haven't done so, head over and share your setup failure, thoughts, frustrations, etc. with Microsoft....The "I have the same question" on the main post is growing by the hour.

    So unbelievably annoying and irritating there is no solution as this now reaches a week of wheels not working.
