RTX 4090 DLSS3 support

@Amioram Did you tested VR already? I'm not yet tried on my Quest 2. 3090Ti gave me a really bad performance in-game. Everything is shaky flaky and crapy. Everything is too blurry 15 meters in front of the car.
@stas_xpulse2Sadly not as the card will arrive on Monday, but judging from the benchmarks I expect to be able to SS at 120%/130% without issues (can be even higher, will have to test), given that with my 3080 I have about 80 fps @ 100% and the 4090 is more than double the performance (so I judge that I will be able to apply the same settings I can in 60hz mode now with the full 90hz).
And yeah, the card is costly, too costly in fact and I would never have spent that amount of money on just a GPU if not for the fact that I play sim racing games in VR almost exclusively so for me it was too high of a jump in performance/quality to pass on. Then I also do some 3D modeling on the side hence I plan to recoup the cost of the card with it.
