RTX 4090 DLSS3 support

DLSS 3 Frame Gen isn't working, greyed out. I'm not the only one with a RTX 4090 to report this problem and there is still no fix for it. Updated to the latest drivers and nothing.
@slimsymeat Working for me. But seems to be adding latency to gameplay.
Can you actually toggle it on and off? If so what are your NCP settings please and ingame settings. Thanks
- @slimsymeat Yes. I can enable or disable this feature. My settings are pretty standard, ultra high, x16, dlss quality.
- @stas_xpulse2 150fps on 8560x1440 res, without dlss3 about 90-100
