Safety car broken again on PC?

And by broken I mean it never comes out. Had this in 2020 as well. In 3 My Team seasons it never came out until I started fresh Driver Career mode. Now in F122 I'm already 13 races in and only had 3 Virtual Safety Cars and weridly, all happened in Silverstone. I have it on increased chance as well. Pls look into it and if possible, apply the patch to ongoing career modes this time.

    Slightly off topic but I'm in PS5 and today an SC came out and car behind overtook me.  Messgae to say they will give the place back so I overtook it back and I got given a penalty.

    Ended up overtaking them again in the pits as they double stacked. 

    Not had that before.  Anyone else?
