Safety Car Delta Glitch

Summarize your bug Safety Car bug flickering off match delta and catch safety car queue.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I had a my teams mod downloaded from Race Department called Andretty Gainbridge F1 Team. I was on a 100% race in Bahrain with full practise/qualifying on with formation lap also. This happened when a Safety Car came out on lap 39.
What happens when the bug occurs? The safety car came out on My Teams career mode, and the banner at the top of the screen was flickering between safety car and catch safety car queue, the delta on the right side of the screen was flashing on & off, the Ai also weren't catching up with the safety car either they was all doing the same speed round in circles. Followed them for 5 laps it stayed the same, mid-session saved exited and came back the problem still existed.
What do you expect to see? Initially should've been match delta until the leader caught the safety car then it should be follow safety car.

I've also had this issue a few times. Most recently Monza where i boxed during the safety car to go onto softs. 10 laps of racing remaining and I accepted dropping to the back of the pack but this glitch meant I never caught up to the pack and completely ruined the race. On PC error code AEPC-STCS-MKEH-JSXE

I had this on Xbox Series S as well. Flickering warning and delta eventually leading to time penalty for me but also affecting the AI that doesn't catch up with the safety car.
Only solution is a session restart.
It must have happened also on broadcast mode as the safety car was constantly going with more than half of the cars not catching up as if they were subject to that invisible delta.

You are losing everyone. Please fix. Delta drops by approximately 10 seconds just as you enter canada pit. it also happens by smaller amounts on other tracks. this is really annoying.
