Simcube Pro 2 & Asetek pedals no working

I have reached out to both SimCube & Asetek and everything is working fine in their software's but f1 23 isnt seeing them at all. Anyone else having this issue? I see people talking about other sim hardware not working. Is f1 23 not meant for a sims? 

Would love same feedback from others with Sim hardware.
