Some time trial times do not upload to the leaderboard and are lost

Summarize your bug Sometimes, time trial times do NOT upload and are not saved at all to leaderboards. For example: - I have set a 1:30.500 laptime - that uploads to the leaderboards and is visible - After that, I set a 1:30.200 laptime - it shows on the MFD at "Best:" and in the Race Director, but not in the position counter (which shows the 1:30.500) and when I return to the garage, it does NOT upload to the leaderboards. The latest time it has happened was at Imola (Wet), but I don't know if that matters (there are much faster valid times than mine)

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know exact conditions, it just happens occasionally. Some laptimes don't upload, most do
What happens when the bug occurs? The laptime is lost and does not upload to the leaderboard.
What do you expect to see? Every lap time improvement is posted to the leaderboard, not lost.
