Sorry for the rant...

But who the hell thought that the following is realistic?

Ferrari best engine power and reliability

Mercedes and Red Bull same power but Red Bull worst reliability (ok the reliability is understandable)

Renault by far the worst engine power wise and barely better reliability than Red Bull.

I mean its the same gap ingame from Merc to Renault as Honda to Renault in F1 2021 yet somehow with now rear end Alonso did a better last sector than Vettel in qualifying Baku..

Either the one doing this should pay more attention to whats actually happening IRL or should stop to try make a super engine and a really bad engine to have choices to make for the player.. This will ruin the pecking order again just like last year when the Alpine would start worse because the engine was much worse in MyTeam than IRL

@GrandDragn Renault engine is actually the thrid best slightly above Merc or equal. Alpine were just running extremely low drag/downforce, hence the bad performance in Baku.

Ferrari definitely worse reliability than before but not sure if it will happen again..

Realistic engine levels would be (power/reliability)

    Ferrari (95/80)
    Red Bull (90/90)
    Alpine (87/85)
    Mercedes (85/95)

But these are a problem anyway.. If they would only apply to the MyTeam team and not to the normal teams like Aston Martin etc. then it would be ok. But currently - going off what its been like in 2020 and 2021 - it would be Alpine 20 bhp down on power due to getting the "B-Engine" which is ~20 bhp worse than the "A-Engine" that Ferrari will get (all for the base car performances and then on top there would be the additional gap created by the engine suppliers in MyTeam/Careermode.. In short, if those ratings go to all teams in career mode Alpine will be down 40 bhp on Ferrari at the start where they are only ~20 bhp down IRL..

Patch changes could be made so that they only apply to new career modes or you can choose to apply them to existing ones or not, just like with the driver ratings.
