Summarize your bug During a race, the sound is glitched you hear a stuttering all the time. Only seems to happen on PS4 and online. Offline I don't have the problem. This is a video of the glitch. https://youtu.be/_D9uIR4NoWg
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into a well filled lobby in PS4 and the audio should start glitching either end of qualifying or beginning of the race.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sound of the game will start stuttering.
What do you expect to see? The sound working as normal.

What do you expect to see? I expect to be the sound to be normal.

I have the exact same issue on ps4.. only in online modes and its at the point I'm not going to continue competing in my online leagues as it's too distracting and can't make out my gear ratios. It's embarrassing that this issue has not been resolved
- @SFR_Mhartin Exactly the same. I stopped tonight with league racing. I cant hear the engine, miss 3 thents per lap, spin because this sound. Its unbareable. 80 euros payed for *.
