SSL connector error in F12022 PS4

My game F1 2023 not run PS4.

this message error show:

ERROR: 0x00000023

SSLError: 0x00000000

SSL connect error

I tried reconstruct dabase in safe mode, but the error persist.

what's procedure to fix the problem?

I paid a lot off money for this game, but don't work and don't have clear procedure information to solve this.

    Hey everyone, 

    The SSL error we were seeing with some games earlier this week has been resolved. Since the issue has recovered, I am going to lock this thread just to avoid confusion with other potential connection errors. 


    If you need some help with a connection error, please feel free to create a new thread, or post in an existing thread if there's already one up and running.

    @ecpetitfils Das habe ich aber es geht nicht....hab es auch über den Browser der ps4...versucht mich anzumelden....wenn ich auf Symbol ps...drücke dann kommt das gleiche ssl....bla bla

    hello

    i logged into my ps4 account on EA web and it still not working, also i don't know how to accept the terms and conditions on their website.

    could someone explain it to me please because I've been trying for 3 days and it still doesn't work since

    I got mine to work. I went through various processes, so not sure exactly which one was the fix, but here are the steps I took:

    • I Turned On, Then Turned off Login Verification for EA under Account/Security (It was originally turned off the first time I accessed it)
    • I enabled 2 Step Authorization via PSN (this was originally not done on my account)
    • I signed into EA and unlinked my PSN connection under Connections/Connected Accounts
    • I restarted my PS5
    • I accessed the web browser on my PS5, and went to EA.com, then signed in using my PSN credentials (and 2 factor authorization)
    • I reloaded FIFA '23, and it worked!

    Not sure at all as to why this F1 thread is in the FIFA section but I'll be moving this over to F12022 Technical issues.
