OK, then for info. the sort of issues being experienced are very similar to the level of issues last year so it is not a surprise. I'm certain solutions are being worked on but the issue will be that with limited resources to address so many problems it will take longer to make good progress than most players would hope.

We are actively collecting reports on user issues and then verifying, reproducing and working to fix all we can.
Posts here on AHQ are absolutely valuable and are in no way being ignored.
To say we are doing nothing is just incorrect.
To help us, posting detailed and accurate info on technical issues or bug reports is requested of you.
Posting your platform (PC, Steam, Origin, PS5, XBox etc.) steps to reproduce your issue and screenshots and/or video will help us to help you.
We ask for your understanding and co-operation.

@EA_BarryJust let me say this: SEEING is believing. Our experience from the past is that it’s a lot of talk and almost zero action and NO transparancy whatsoever.
So maybe it’s incorrect, but that’s something you (or CM whatever) created yourself and this is the result of treating the community as trash.People are fed up with the blabla without zero action.
let me point something simple out:
you release 2! Patches since tuesday, but where are the patchnotes? People want to know what’s been patched or adjusted and we pay for your products so we also have the right to know what you change in the files.

I opened again a ticket this morning. Three days gone by and i still don't have my 18000 Pitcoins from the early preorder. Equiped Items from the early preorder are unequiped with every restart of the game. There is no excuse, not a single one, that i still don't have the goods i paid for, period.
The reply to my first ticket was not helpful at all.
Then there is the problem with the wheel. It got detected allright, but ffb is way to weak even cranked up to the max, led's of the whell not working in game. In all other games it is working just fine. It is funny really, because usually in Codemasters F1 games i had to reduce the ffb by a big margin to not get my hands ripped off. G29 by the way.
So yeah, i am not amused.

It's been a week and still can't use numerous peripherals even though previous iterations supported them fine. Not even an acknowledgement. Offering non relevant troubleshooting steps in bad faith. It's not that you are doing nothing
It's that you did nothing prior.to release in terms of testing. You charged the player base to.do the testing for you.
