I tried getting a refund for the Origin version and since I spent pitcoin before requesting a refund they say I can't get a refund anymore. This company is a joke.
You can fight that, pit coin has nothing to do with a broken game, they cannot refuse you a refund at all, trust me, its within the standard 30 day guarantee regardless of pit coins spent or not, theres nothing they can do about it they have to give it you.
