I've been so frustrated. I've not been able to access online servers for a while now.
All overlay settings are as they should be.
Can't for the life of me figure out how to sort it.
This is not a Steam overlay error. It is a Microsoft Windows connectivity error. Google NCSI (network connectivity status indicator).
Update Windows and restart your machine.
