stolen EA account and steam connection

hello, I have a minor problem when I bought F1 22, so I registered on EA and about December my account was stolen and now the email address is pa*****@rambler.ru. I can't access that account and I need to remove it from my steam account. I'm asking for help because steam doesn't help me yet and I haven't found a solution on EA either. Thank you Martinesz
