After the first save stopped working me and my brother started a new save, now, 11 races in, we are having the same issue with the new save, only this time I disconnected from the game and now my brother is stuck in the black loading screen saying "waiting for players", and I'm in another loading screen. He is still on the PS5 and I'm on the ps4.

The problem is not only PS4/ps5 related. On PC in multiplayer games it's happening all the time. A player gets stuck in a loading screen and whole lobby has to wait until the bugged player leaves.
We have the same issue, both on PC.
Has been working fine up till now with 4 races of the calendar to go. One player loads into the pre-session laptop and the other has a blank screen until the first one leaves. Then they go straight into the session. Seems like the saves are somehow de-synced on and trying to go to different points. Pretty frustrating as every year we get pretty much the exact same bug where we can't load in and the career is lost with no way of recovery. Tried everything to get around it but in the end, always get stuck in a loading screen one way or another.
