maybe some of my troubleshooting steps is working for you:
- restarted router
- restarted console
- use a wired connection
- set static ip address
- set static dns
- disabled IPv6
- opened ports for F1 22
- even set the PS5 as exposed host (IPv4 & IPv6) for NAT type open (won't recommend, dangerous!)
- reinstalled the game
- loaded the game with locally saved data
- loaded the game without locally saved data
- rebuild ps5 database
- reinstalled ps5
- enabled/disabled cross play feature
- new ea account linked to new psn id -> enabled offline sharing for my console

I tried all those. Plus I don't have a PS5. But I did all the equiv. steps on my XBox.

then welcome to the club. I am stuck with this as well. Talked to my ISP and internet is fine. No ports blocked, nothing that could cause this issue.
For XBOX there is a thing called Teredo Filter. Maybe if you turn that off it could help. You already tried it? In my Fritz! there is a setting for this one. Somewhere I read that it could cause problems for XBOX users.
