Super Fast AI Final Lap

Every race AI's final lap feels too fast.

I find they had deployed ERS overtake mode almost every acceleration time even Miami Turn 11-12 and 12-13.

They seem to pour out all their remaining energy. Even in situations where it is difficult to expect a rise their position.

It's unrealistic, record a fastest lap at final lap with worn tyres.

I believe their ERS management should be modified.

And need to fix easy to use even in tricky section.
