System language settings block alternative commentary

I'm on Xbox Series and my console language system is set to Dutch. However in the F1 game audio section I have commentary set to English.I can't choose the new English commentator as there is no option for it. When I set my console to English the option does appear. Please make this option also available when system language is not set to English.
