Teams will not accept any contract - Driver Career

Summarize your bug After finishing Austria I entered the first contract renegotiation but no matter the team/demand i make every single one declines and i am forced to skip the negotiation and join a random team (usually haas even though they also declined contracts) 
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Driver Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to sign any contract with any team.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am forced to try to negotiate until all chances fail and i am forced to join a random team 
What do you expect to see? I should be able to sign a contract to some extent not have every single option declined by any team i talk to.
