That's all well and good but hope there is a auto option or the most realistic default option applied.
Not everyone want to go through and pick thier tyres each race and sometimes this xan lead to all kinds or unrealistic strategies I can see why cm left it out tbh.

  @Dan78loki What sort of unrealistic strategies are you envisaging? I think all we’re looking for is the ability to run 2 sets of mediums (and maybe 2 sets of Hards in the rare cases it would be applicable) in a race. You only get 2 sets of Hards for a whole weekends so it’s not like you’d see a 3H1S strategy or anything

    I'm just thinking outside tge box and the reasons why cm wouldn't let this happen. They also have to consider the ai strategy algorithms. Its not ad smart as us, so they have to level tge playing field somehow.
    Will the ai go for a 2 stop? Is it that clever to run different strategies? 2 stops are always slower mostly, unless something else comes into play.
    I want more strategy as well especially frmm the ai, but I think its more the ai wouldn't answer the players strategy call.
    This is why I think this has been scrapped.
    But eh happy to be proved wrong.
