The Death of the Soft, Medium, Medium Strategy?

@Dan78loki I guess that makes sense, I think in previous years the AI could be a bit stupid with their tyre strats - but I guess I just think the answer should be to improve that rather than taking away their and our ability to make divergent strategies

I'd just like:

A. To be able to have more than 1 set of mediums

and B: For the AI to pick strategies other than Medium to Hard all the time.

I swear when the game first came out there was a huge mix of strategies, I definitely remember remarking on it. I'm wondering if something changed with tyre wear in an early patch so the AI is opting for the harder compounds?
